She has recently joined WVRG after having been the managing broker of a firm in the Seveirville area for the past several years. She is thrilled with the team of professionals that she has the opportunity to work with at Wears Valley Realty Group. She and her husband Mark moved from Chattanooga, TN to Sevier County in 1999 along with her three children.  Her family came here to work at a local children’s home. After a career change they decided to stay in the Wears Valley community because of their deep love and appreciation of the Smoky Mountains. Wendy went into real estate and her husband Mark became a licensed contractor. Wendy decided to go into real estate because she wanted to help others fulfill their dream of owning property in this mountain community, just as she had been able to do.  She can think of no better place to live. She loves the fact that this mountain community has been home for over 12 years now. It is her desire to serve and interact with her customers as she provides them with excellent real estate services. She is continuing her real estate education and staying on the cutting edge of technology to be able to serve this tech savvy generation. In addition to being a licensed broker, Wendy has received her certification as a Short Sale and Foreclousre specialist, SFR. The thing she loves most about selling real estate is that often her customers and clients become FRIENDS.  And her life is enriched because of that.
